## 1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“**Terms**“) are a legal agreement between you and Galactic
Global Network (“**Veloce Gallery**,” “**we**,” “**us**,” or “**our**“), a [type

These Terms govern your access to and use of velocegallery.com and any related websites,
applications, products, and services we offer (together, the “**Services**“). By

which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf 
of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization,
and “you” refers to that organization.

## 2. Eligibility

and that you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law.

## 4. Accounts

 * accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, except

We may refuse registration, or suspend or close an account, as described in Section
13 (Termination).

## 5. Acceptable Use

In summary, you must not:

 * break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
 * upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene,
   hateful, or harassing;
 * attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
 * introduce malware or interfere with the normal operation or security of the Services;
 * scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services by automated means without our
   written permission;
 * impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone; or
 * use the Services to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

## 6. User Content

If the Services let you post, upload, or submit content such as reviews, comments,
images, messages, or profile information (“**User Content**“), you keep ownership
of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable,
sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting 
purposes), and distribute your User Content solely to operate, provide, promote,
and improve the Services. This license ends when you delete your User Content or
account, except where the content has been shared with others, is retained in backups
for a limited period, or must be kept to comply with law.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and
that it does not violate these Terms or any law. We do not endorse User Content 
and are not responsible for it, but we may review, remove, or restrict any User 
Content at our discretion, including content we believe breaches these Terms.

## 7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content we provide, including text, graphics, logos, images,
photographs, artwork, designs, software, and the “Veloce Gallery” name and trademarks(
the “**Our Content**“), are owned by Galactic Global Network or our licensors and
are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to access and use the Services and Our Content for your own personal, non-commercial
use, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell,
publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Our Content
without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

**Feedback.** If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation
to you.

**Copyright complaints.** If you believe content on the Services infringes your 
copyright, please send a notice to [Copyright Agent Name / Contact Email] including:(
a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing
material and where it is located; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that
you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under
penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized
to act on the owner’s behalf, with your physical or electronic signature.

## 8. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

**Orders.** When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept
your order when we confirm it [by email / by shipping the product / by providing
access]. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable,
a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid,
we will refund you in full.

**Prices.** Prices are shown in [Currency] and [include / exclude] applicable taxes,

at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

**Payment.** Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as [Payment

charge the total amount of your order. We do not store full card numbers on our 
own systems.

or membership, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period at 
the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel
at any time through your account settings or by contacting Jonathan@galacticglobal.
net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will
notify you of price changes at least [30] days before they apply.

**Refunds.** Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our [Refund Policy](https://velocegallery.com/refund-policy/).
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer protection
laws.

## 9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, products,
or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content,
policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to 
their terms.

## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS
AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Any express warranty for a specific product (for example, a [manufacturer’s or certificate-
of-authenticity] guarantee) will be stated with that product. Some jurisdictions
do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply
to you.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

 * GALACTIC GLOBAL NETWORK, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS
   WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY,
   OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, 
   ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED
   OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND
 * OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE
   GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE [12] MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING
   RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) [USD 100].

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited
under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud, or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

## 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galactic Global Network and its affiliates,
officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and
expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your
misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-
party right.

## 13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time through your 
account settings or by contacting Jonathan@galacticglobal.net.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice,
if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your
use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Where reasonable, we will tell
you why and give you an opportunity to fix the issue. On termination, your right
to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive(
including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability,
Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

## 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of
America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you
agree to contact us at Jonathan@galacticglobal.net and try to resolve the dispute
informally for at least [30] days.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state
or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another
country whose laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or to
rely on mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in this section affects those
rights.

## 15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on
this page and change the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we will give
you reasonable advance notice, for example by email or a notice on the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept
the updated Terms.

## 16. General

 * **Entire agreement.** These Terms, together with the policies referenced above,
   are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
 * **Severability.** If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in
   full effect.
 * **No waiver.** Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right
   to do so later.
 * **Assignment.** You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our
   consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale
   of assets.
 * **Force majeure.** We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events 
   beyond our reasonable control.
 * **Notices.** We may send you notices by email or through the Services. You may
