## 1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“**AUP**“) sets out the rules for using velocegallery.
com and the related services of Galactic Global Network (“**Veloce Gallery**,” “**
we**,” “**us**“) (the “**Services**“). It applies to everyone who accesses the Services,
including visitors, account holders, customers, artists, and anyone who submits

If you do not agree with it, do not use the Services.

## 2. Prohibited Content

You must not post, upload, share, or transmit any content that:

 * is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
 * infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights,
   including posting another person’s work as your own;
 * is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive;
 * is hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, or promotes violence or discrimination
   based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual
   orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic;
 * is sexually explicit or pornographic [unless expressly permitted in designated
   areas and lawful], or sexualizes minors in any way (which we will report to the
   authorities);
 * promotes self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism;
 * contains personal or confidential information about others without their permission(
   including “doxxing”); or
 * contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

## 3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

 * use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including
   scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or money laundering;
 * impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity, credentials,
   or affiliation;
 * create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban, or share, sell, or transfer
   your account;
 * send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial messages, or harvest other
   users’ contact details;
 * access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass any 
   security or authentication measures;
 * interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks
   or excessive automated requests;
 * scrape, crawl, data-mine, or copy content from the Services using bots or other
   automated tools without our written permission;
 * reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software
   we provide, except where permitted by law;
 * manipulate reviews, ratings, prices, or rankings, or post fake reviews;
 * make fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or refund claims; or
 * use the Services in a way that could harm minors.

## 4. Responsible Security Reporting

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to Jonathan@galacticglobal.
net and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. Good-faith reports
made in line with this section will not be treated as a violation of this AUP.

## 5. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that breaks this AUP, please report it to Jonathan@
galacticglobal.net [or use the “Report” feature on the Services]. Include links,
screenshots, and any other information that helps us investigate. For copyright 
complaints, please follow the notice procedure in our [Terms of Service](https://velocegallery.com/terms-of-service/).

## 6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion and without liability
to you, take any action we consider appropriate, including:

 * issuing a warning;
 * removing or restricting access to content;
 * temporarily suspending or permanently terminating your account;
 * cancelling orders or withholding refunds for fraudulent activity; and
 * reporting the matter to law enforcement or cooperating with legal investigations.

Where reasonable, we will explain our decision and allow you to appeal by contacting
